3) Freshness & Cadence

  • Risk-tier cadence: High = monthly; Medium = quarterly; Low = semi-annual.
  • Trigger-based refresh: material changes, new data, metric breach, incident.
  • Escalation: overdue evidence → product owner → risk lead → exec sponsor.

4) Audit Export — One-Click Packaging
