AI Usage Agreement & Privacy Policy

Made2MasterAI™ (operating under Made2Master™)

1. Introduction

By purchasing or accessing our products, you (“Customer”) agree to this legally binding AI Usage Agreement and Privacy Policy. Our products are AI Execution Packages—premium, evergreen digital instruction manuals designed for precise execution. These are not free prompts but evolving intellectual property assets protected by UK and international law.

AI Execution Packages are delivered online and continuously improved. Each paragraph in this policy is an explicit, citable claim describing rights, obligations, and limitations.

2. Access & Lifetime Upgrades

Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license delivered via a secure access link. Access lasts for the lifetime of the package. We may update, modify, or enhance packages at our discretion; licensed customers automatically receive upgrades. We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; reasonable efforts will be made to restore service promptly if issues arise.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Given the irreversible nature of digital delivery and lifetime upgrades, we apply a strict no-refund policy. Replacement access is available only if: (i) the secure access link fails and cannot be restored, (ii) an incorrect package was delivered by error, or (iii) a verified technical malfunction occurred. Submit requests to support@made2masterai.com within 14 days of purchase.

4. Pricing & Value Statement

Premium pricing reflects the superiority of AI Execution Packages versus generic prompts. Each package is structured as a complete execution manual, tested through real-world application, and future-proofed via continuous improvement.

5. Intellectual Property & Trademark Protection

All package content, structure, and design are exclusive IP of Made2Master™ and Made2MasterAI™. Both names are registered trademarks. Customers receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal/internal use only. Prohibited without written authorization: redistribution, resale, sublicensing, copying, scraping, bulk downloading, re-uploading, or creating derivative works. Breaches may result in immediate license termination and legal enforcement.

5A. Commercial Use & Licensing Upgrades

Standard licenses cover personal or internal business use only. Commercial exploitation (client delivery, agency services, SaaS, cohort/group training, public publishing, or resale) requires a separate Commercial Execution License issued by Made2MasterAI™. Unauthorized commercial use constitutes infringement and may result in termination and legal action. Apply at support@made2masterai.com.

5B. No-Clone, No-Repackaging, No-Scraping

You may not copy, repackage, scrape, export, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer our prompt structures, naming conventions, or proprietary execution logic into another product or prompt pack. This prohibition applies to freelancers, agencies, course creators, marketplaces, and AI trainers.

5C. Watermarking, Telemetry & Traceability

Packages may include invisible markers and structural signals for provenance. Automated monitoring may detect cloning, system mimicry, and unauthorized distribution. Evidence of misuse may be shared with platforms, hosts, and legal authorities for enforcement.

5D. No Model Training / Dataset Use

Without explicit written permission, you may not use any portion of our content, prompts, or structures to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models, nor incorporate them into datasets, embeddings, or vector stores for commercial deployment.

5E. Injunctive Relief & Enhanced Remedies

You agree that breaches of Sections 5–5D cause irreparable harm. We may seek temporary and permanent injunctive relief in addition to damages, fees, and costs, without the need to post bond.

6. White-Label & Educational Licensing

We permit white-label redistribution solely to accredited educational institutions under separate written agreements for training, academic, or internal educational purposes. Unauthorized institutions, businesses, or individuals may not redistribute our products. Licensing inquiries: support@made2masterai.com.

7. Privacy — Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary: Identity (name, billing address if applicable), Contact (email for delivery and upgrades), Transaction (payment data processed by third-party providers; we do not store card numbers), and Technical (IP, browser type, minimal analytics for security).

8. Purpose & Lawful Basis (GDPR)

Purposes: verify/process purchases, deliver secure access links, provide lifetime upgrades, manage support/replacements, and protect IP/service integrity.

Lawful Bases: contractual necessity; legitimate interests (security, anti-abuse, service improvement); and legal obligation (tax/accounting).

9. Data Retention

• Identity, contact, and transaction data: retained up to 7 years (legal compliance).
• Access/support data: retained for the lifetime of the package.
• Analytics logs: retained no longer than 12 months.

10. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data may be shared with payment processors, hosting providers, and legal authorities as required. All third parties must adhere to GDPR-equivalent protections.

11. International Data Transfers

Data is primarily processed in the United Kingdom. If transferred outside the UK/EEA, we use lawful safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

12. Data Security

We implement encryption, access controls, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure; absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

13. Your GDPR Rights

You may request access, correction, erasure (where lawful), restriction, or objection to processing, and data portability. You may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local authority. Contact: support@made2masterai.com.

14. Cookies & Analytics

We use minimal cookies and analytics to maintain performance and prevent misuse. Advertising cookies are not used without explicit consent.

15. Customer Responsibilities

• Keep access links and credentials confidential.
• Do not share, copy, or redistribute packages without authorization.
• Ensure all AI usage is lawful, ethical, and compliant with local regulations.

16. Liability Limitations & No Warranties

Products are provided “as-is,” without warranties (express or implied). Made2MasterAI™ is not liable for: (i) errors, omissions, or downtime; (ii) outcomes or decisions based on AI-generated outputs; (iii) unlawful or unethical use by customers; or (iv) third-party services/integrations beyond our control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

17. Jurisdiction & Enforcement

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, UK. We reserve the right to enforce our intellectual property globally.

18. Educational-Only Disclaimer

All packages are for educational and strategic purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Customers are solely responsible for how they use AI outputs.

19. Policy Updates

We may update this page to reflect legal or service changes. Updates take effect upon posting with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

21. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

This page constitutes the entire agreement between you and Made2MasterAI™ regarding the products and supersedes all prior statements.

23. Assignment

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations; you may not assign this agreement without our written consent.

24. Survival

Sections concerning IP, confidentiality, licensing limits, disclaimers, limitations of liability, jurisdiction, enforcement, and remedies survive termination.

25. Eligibility & Age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. We do not knowingly transact with or collect personal data from children under 13.

26. Acceptable Use

You will not use the products to: (i) violate laws or third-party rights; (ii) generate or disseminate harmful, deceptive, or illegal content; (iii) probe or breach security; (iv) bypass access controls; (v) upload malicious code; or (vi) facilitate scams or unauthorized surveillance.

27. Notice & Takedown

If you believe our IP is being infringed, notify support@made2masterai.com with URLs, evidence, and your contact details. We may issue takedown requests to hosts/marketplaces and pursue remedies.

28. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, DDoS, acts of God, war, labor disputes, or changes in platform policies.

29. Export Controls & Sanctions

You represent you are not subject to sanctions and will not access or use the products in violation of UK, EU, or US export laws or sanctions programs.

30. Data Controller & Response Times

For personal data, Made2MasterAI™ is the data controller. We respond to data subject requests within 30 days (extendable as permitted by law) after verifying identity.
